Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wandr (“Wandr”, “we”, “us”). By using Wandr you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Wandr is a travel-companion app for planning trips, tracking expenses, and sharing plans with the people you travel with. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in to Wandr with your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use Wandr lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access data that isn't yours, or upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, expenses, photos, and other content you add. By inviting people to a trip you allow them to view and edit that trip's content. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the people you invite.

Third-party services

Wandr depends on third-party providers such as Google Firebase, Google AI, Google Places, OpenStreetMap, and Wikimedia. Your use of features that rely on them is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for those services.

No warranty

Wandr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including expense totals or AI-scanned receipt details) will be accurate. Always double-check important information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Wandr at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Wandr means you accept the updated terms.
